Average Service Rate Contract

The right fit for long-term R&D and ongoing product support — combining the efficiency of proven technology solutions with the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of a long-term engagement.

Unlike the Technology Transfer Contract, where deliverables, timing, and final compound characteristics are fully defined upfront, the A.S.R. is billed on the development time spent on the client's behalf.
